Beautiful GABBEH carpet, (Iran), 3rd third of the 20th century.
Dimensions : 247 x 205cm.
Technical features : Wool velvet on wool foundation.
An abraché blue field highlighted with large old gold and anthracite serrations, hosts in its center a chestnut and old gold entomological medallion. Four small deer complete the ensemble. Old rose main border with a series of blossoming two-tone corollas, flanked by an external sky and gold serration. Poetic naiveté.
