VÉRAMINE carpet (Iran), 3rd third of the 20th century Dimensions: 189 x 197cm. Technical features: Wool velvet on cotton backing. A marine field supports a circular, honeycombed vegetal trellis, adorned with fresh, blooming corollas. The frame is composed of a main cherry border, two ivory counter-borders and two cream highlights. These five borders are decorated with garlands of flowers and a series of polychrome florets. A pleasant set.
