Auguste PEYROULX 18K (750 thousandths) yellow gold beauty set, oval guilloché shape, adorned with a painted porcelain miniature in a pearl frame. It features a mirror, a blush compartment, a powder compartment and a lipstick holder. Master stamp of Auguste Peyroulx Early 20th-century French work in the 18th-century style. Dimensions: 5.8 x 4.5 cm Gross weight: 76.7 g. Auguste Peyroulx (1868-1945) was a Parisian goldsmith and jeweler who practiced between 1904 and 1937. He specialized in the manufacture of beauty sets, and subcontracted their production to major jewelers such as Van Cleef Arpels, Tiffany Co, Cartier and Sandoz.
